I’m an independent advisor with over a decade of experience working at the intersection of data, research, and operations across healthcare, public health, and applied research environments.My work centers on moments where data and evidence are being asked to inform real decisions—but the analytic foundations, operational realities, or interpretive framing behind them haven’t been fully examined. I focus on whether data, workflows, systems, and evidence are aligned enough to support responsible use, and where limits, assumptions, or gaps need to be made explicit before decisions are made or communicated.I engage through clearly scoped advisory work designed for situations where evidence is about to be relied upon, communicated, or acted on, and where careful judgment matters as much as technical rigor.This work is guided by three principles:Stewardship — respecting the limits, assumptions, and appropriate use of dataClarity — making operational realities explicit so data, systems, and workflows are understood as they actually functionFraming — ensuring evidence is interpreted and communicated in ways that match its real support and constraints
