I work with Community Health Centers to make sense of data across systems, so it’s clear what’s happening and where to focus. This work sits at the intersection of UDS, Ryan White, 340B, and day-to-day operations, where data is spread across systems that don’t fully align. In practice, this makes it difficult to answer even basic operational questions. My focus is on bringing data together to clarify where things do and do not align, and structuring it into clear, decision-ready views that support data-driven prioritization, resource allocation, and reduced reporting burden. My work is guided by a few principles:Stewardship — respecting the limits, assumptions, and appropriate use of dataClarity — making operational realities explicit so systems and workflows are understood as they actually functionFraming — ensuring data is interpreted and communicated in ways that match its real support and constraints
UDS Action Areas Snapshot for Community Health CentersA structured external review of selected UDS clinical quality and health outcome measures to clarify what changed, how performance compares to peers, and where to look first before the next submission cycle.
If your team needs a clearer view of reporting, quality, or operational data across systems, I’m happy to connect.Email:
